Strawberry Bombs

Ingredients
- 24 fresh strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Remove the stems from the strawberries and hollow out the center to create a small cavity.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fill each strawberry with the cream cheese mixture.
- In a separate bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Dip each filled strawberry into the melted white chocolate, then roll in the graham cracker mixture to coat.
