Ingredients

  • 24 fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Remove the stems from the strawberries and hollow out the center to create a small cavity.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fill each strawberry with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  5. Dip each filled strawberry into the melted white chocolate, then roll in the graham cracker mixture to coat.
  6. Place the coated strawberries on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
