Ingredients
- 4 large artichokes
- 8 slices of Serrano ham
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the artichokes by cutting off the top and removing the tough outer leaves.
- Stuff each artichoke with a slice of Serrano ham.
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Manchego cheese, garlic, parsley, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
