Ingredients

  • 4 large artichokes
  • 8 slices of Serrano ham
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the artichokes by cutting off the top and removing the tough outer leaves.
  3. Stuff each artichoke with a slice of Serrano ham.
  4. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Manchego cheese, garlic, parsley, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
