Ingredients

  • 4 beef steaks, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Place a slice of bacon on each beef steak.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the chopped onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  8. Remove the toothpicks before serving.
