Ingredients
- 4 beef steaks, thinly sliced
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Place a slice of bacon on each beef steak.
- In a bowl, mix together the chopped onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the bacon slices.
- Roll up the beef steaks and secure with toothpicks.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

- Pour in the beef broth and simmer for 1 hour, or until the beef is tender.
- Remove the toothpicks before serving.
