Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, cooked rice, onion, garlic, ginger, diced tomatoes, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the pork and rice mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the peppers are tender and the filling is cooked through.
- Serve the stuffed bell peppers hot and enjoy!
