Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers, assorted colors
  • 300g minced pork
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the minced pork, cooked rice, onion, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stuff the bell peppers with the pork mixture.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the stuffed bell peppers in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, or until the bottoms are browned.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the peppers are tender.
