Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers, assorted colors
- 300g minced pork
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a large bowl, mix together the minced pork, cooked rice, onion, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the pork mixture.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the stuffed bell peppers in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, or until the bottoms are browned.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the peppers are tender.
