Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Remove any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion, mushrooms, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are soft and the moisture has evaporated.
- Stir in the paprika, salt, black pepper, dill, and beef broth. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Divide the pizza dough into 12 equal portions. Roll each portion into a small circle.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and mushroom mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place the stuffed buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
