  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Remove any excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, mushrooms, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are soft and the moisture has evaporated.
  3. Stir in the paprika, salt, black pepper, dill, and beef broth. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Divide the pizza dough into 12 equal portions. Roll each portion into a small circle.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef and mushroom mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Place the stuffed buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
