Ingredients
- 1 large head of cabbage

Instructions
- Boil the whole head of cabbage in a large pot of water for 5-7 minutes, then carefully remove the leaves and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the ground meat, rice, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture onto each cabbage leaf, then roll them up, tucking in the sides.
- In a separate pot, combine the crushed tomatoes and broth to make the tomato sauce. Place the stuffed cabbage rolls in the pot, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
- Serve the stuffed cabbage rolls with tomato sauce hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
