Stuffed Lobster Tails

Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the top of each lobster tail with kitchen shears and gently pull the meat out, leaving the end attached. Place the meat on top of the shell.
- In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs, bell pepper, onion, garlic, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spoon the bread crumb mixture evenly into each lobster tail.
- Place the stuffed lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and the topping is golden brown.
