Stuffed Lobster Tails

Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the top of each lobster tail with kitchen shears and gently pull the meat out, leaving the end attached. Place the meat on top of the shell.
  3. In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs, bell pepper, onion, garlic, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Spoon the bread crumb mixture evenly into each lobster tail.
  5. Place the stuffed lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
