Ingredients
- 500g minced meat
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
- Water as needed
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the minced meat, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, fresh coriander leaves, and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, knead the all-purpose flour with water to make a soft dough. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
- Take a dough ball and roll it out into a small circle. Place a portion of the minced meat mixture in the center and fold the edges of the dough to encase the filling. Roll it out into a paratha.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the stuffed paratha with a little oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat the process with the remaining dough and minced meat mixture to make more parathas.
- Serve hot with yogurt, pickles, or chutney.
