  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for cooking
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the minced meat, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, fresh coriander leaves, and salt. Set aside.

  5. Repeat the process with the remaining dough and minced meat mixture to make more parathas.
