Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, beaten egg, water, and salt to form a smooth pancake batter. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine the minced meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil.
- Pour a ladleful of pancake batter onto the pan and spread it out thinly to form a large pancake.
- Spoon a generous amount of the meat mixture onto one half of the pancake.
- Fold the other half of the pancake over the filling to form a half-moon shape. Press the edges to seal.
- Cook the stuffed pancake for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Repeat with the remaining batter and filling.
- Slice the stuffed pancakes into wedges and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
