Ingredients
- 6 ripe plantains
- 1 cup refried black beans

Instructions
- Peel the plantains and cut them in half.
- Deep fry the plantains until golden brown, then mash them into a dough-like consistency.
- Form small balls of the mashed plantains and make a well in the center of each ball.
