Stuffed Rigatoni

Ingredients

  • 1 pound rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the rigatoni according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, basil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each rigatoni tube with the cheese mixture.
