Ingredients
- 1 pound flank steak
- 1 cup cooked spinach
- 1 cup cooked carrots, diced
- 1 cup cooked bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup cooked onions, diced
- 1 cup cooked hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup olives, pitted and sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the flank steak on a flat surface and season with salt and pepper.
- Layer the cooked spinach, carrots, bell peppers, onions, hard-boiled eggs, raisins, and olives on top of the steak.
- Carefully roll the steak tightly around the filling to form a log.
