Ingredients
- 4 whole trout, cleaned and gutted
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each trout with the breadcrumb mixture and a few slices of lemon.
- Brush the stuffed trout with olive oil and season with additional salt and pepper.
- Place the trout on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
