Ingredients
- 4 veal cutlets, pounded thin
- 4 slices of bacon

- 2 cups beef broth
Instructions

- Dredge the roulades in flour, shaking off any excess.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the roulades on all sides.
