Stuffed Veal Roulades (Gefüllte Kalbsrouladen)

Ingredients

  • 4 veal cutlets, pounded thin
  • 4 slices of bacon

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Roll up the veal cutlets and secure with toothpicks.
  3. Dredge the roulades in flour, shaking off any excess.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the roulades on all sides.
  5. Pour in the beef broth, cover, and simmer for 1 hour, or until the veal is tender.
