Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
