Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Chinkiang vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Soak the tofu skin in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and cut into thin strips.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the tofu skin, julienned cucumber, carrots, and sliced red chilies.
