Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced

- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, chili flakes, garlic, and ginger to make the dressing.
- Place the sliced cucumbers in a large bowl and pour the dressing over them. Toss to coat the cucumbers evenly.
- Let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Before serving, sprinkle the salad with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
