Ingredients
- 500g beef, thinly sliced
- 400g fresh noodles
- 4 cups beef broth
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Chinkiang vinegar
- 2 tbsp chili oil
- 2 tbsp Sichuan peppercorns
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-inch ginger, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a pot, heat the chili oil and Sichuan peppercorns over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Add the garlic, ginger, and green onions, and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add the beef slices and cook until browned.
- Pour in the beef broth, soy sauce, Chinkiang vinegar, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
- Cook the fresh noodles according to package instructions.
- Divide the cooked noodles into serving bowls and ladle the beef and broth over the noodles.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
