Ingredients
- 1 lotus root, peeled and thinly sliced

- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

Instructions

- Add the lotus root slices and continue to stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.

- Pour the sauce over the lotus root and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the lotus root slices.
- Season with salt to taste and remove from heat.
