Ingredients
- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green chilies, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced green chilies. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
