Ingredients
- 1 lb bamboo shoots, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add the garlic and red chili, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the bamboo shoots and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and water. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
