Ingredients
- 500g white fish fillets, such as tilapia or cod
- 1 cup Chinkiang vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup ginger, sliced
- 1/4 cup garlic, sliced
- 2-3 red chilies, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine Chinkiang vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic, red chilies, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add the fish fillets to the pot and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and tender.
