Ingredients
- 12 fresh oysters
- 100g vermicelli
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Soak the vermicelli in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- Shuck the oysters and place them on a heatproof plate.
- Spread the vermicelli over the oysters, then sprinkle with minced garlic.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper. Pour this mixture over the oysters and vermicelli.

- While the oysters are steaming, heat vegetable oil in a small pan and sauté the green onions until fragrant.
