Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large skillet or sukiyaki pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the beef slices and cook until browned.
- Pour in the mirin, soy sauce, sugar, and dashi stock. Stir to combine.
- Add the tofu, mushrooms, cabbage, green onions, and shirataki noodles to the skillet.
- Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
