Ingredients
- 1 bunch sukuma wiki, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
- Add onions and garlic, and sauté until onions are translucent.
- Add turmeric powder and stir to combine.
- Add tomatoes and cook until they soften.
- Add the chopped sukuma wiki and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until wilted.

- Remove from heat and serve hot.
