Sultan's Lamb Chops (Hünkâr Kuzu Pirzola)

Ingredients

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
