Ingredients
- 1 lb bamboo shoots, peeled and sliced
- 6 oz smoked ham, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the bamboo shoots and smoked ham, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, and chicken broth. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes until the bamboo shoots are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
