Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut the salmon into small cubes and set aside.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and line a pie dish with it.
  4. In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the heavy cream, chopped onion, dill, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the salmon cubes evenly over the pastry in the pie dish.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the filling is set.
  8. Let the pie cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
