Ingredients
- 400g fresh salmon fillet, skin removed
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 150ml heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Cut the salmon into small cubes and set aside.

- Spread the salmon cubes evenly over the pastry in the pie dish.
