Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until they are soft and translucent.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the tomatoes have softened and released their juices.
