Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 1 lb imitation crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup masago (fish roe)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup furikake (Japanese rice seasoning)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the imitation crab meat, mayonnaise, and sriracha.
  4. Spread the sushi rice evenly in a baking dish.
  5. Spread the crab mixture over the rice and sprinkle with masago and green onions.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with furikake. Drizzle with soy sauce before serving.
