Ingredients
- 4 sheets of nori (seaweed)
- 2 cups sushi rice, cooked
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup imitation crab meat
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Place a sheet of nori on a serving plate.

- Arrange the cucumber, avocado, and imitation crab meat on top of the rice.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce. Drizzle the spicy mayo over the sushi pizza.
