Ingredients

  • 4 sheets of nori (seaweed)
  • 2 cups sushi rice, cooked
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup imitation crab meat
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Place a sheet of nori on a serving plate.
  2. Spread a layer of sushi rice evenly over the nori.
  3. Arrange the cucumber, avocado, and imitation crab meat on top of the rice.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce. Drizzle the spicy mayo over the sushi pizza.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
  6. Repeat the process for the remaining nori sheets.
  7. Slice the sushi pizzas into wedges and serve immediately.
