Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the milk and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into long ropes, about 1/2 inch thick, and cut into small pieces. Shape each piece into a ring.
- Place the sushki on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let the sushki cool completely before serving.
