Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the milk and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into long ropes, about 1/2 inch thick, and cut into small pieces. Shape each piece into a ring.
  5. Place the sushki on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Let the sushki cool completely before serving.
