Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the vegetable oil and water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a thin rope. Shape the ropes into rings and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the sushki for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown. Let them cool completely.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, then dip the cooled sushki into the melted chocolate, coating them halfway. Place them on a parchment-lined tray to set.
- Once the chocolate has set, the sushki are ready to be enjoyed!
