Ingredients

  • 1 cup short-grain rice
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ground cinnamon, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the rice, milk, sugar, and salt.
