Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp suya spice
- 4 large flour tortillas

- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken with suya spice and salt, then grill or pan-fry until cooked through.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface and sprinkle with a layer of cheese.
- Top with the cooked chicken, onions, and bell peppers, then add another layer of cheese.
- Place another tortilla on top to cover the filling.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of vegetable oil.
- Carefully transfer the assembled quesadilla to the skillet and cook until the bottom is golden and crispy.
- Flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing into wedges.
