Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs of beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup of groundnut powder (peanut powder)
- 2 tbsp of cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1/2 tsp of ground ginger
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- 4 wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the groundnut powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, and salt.
- Add the vegetable oil to the spice mixture and stir to form a paste.
- Add the beef slices to the spice paste, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated beef slices onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
