Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs of beef sirloin, thinly sliced

  • 1 tsp of onion powder

  • 4 wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the groundnut powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, and salt.
  2. Add the vegetable oil to the spice mixture and stir to form a paste.
  3. Add the beef slices to the spice paste, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Thread the marinated beef slices onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
