Suya Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp suya spice mix
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with suya spice mix and vegetable oil. Toss to coat the beef evenly.
  3. Add the seasoned beef to the hot skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
