Suzma is a traditional Uzbek creamy yogurt and cucumber dip that is perfect for dipping bread, vegetables, or as a side dish to accompany a main meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1 large cucumber, grated and excess water squeezed out
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
