Swabian Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Potatoes (Schwäbische Käse-Speck-Gefüllte Kartoffeln)

Ingredients

  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded Emmental cheese

  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Scrub the potatoes and pierce them several times with a fork.
