Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the white vinegar and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the vinegar mixture over the cucumbers and onions, and toss to coat. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, drain any excess liquid from the cucumbers.
- Stir in the sour cream and chopped dill until everything is well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
