Swabian Gaisburger Marsch Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef stew meat, cubed
  • 4 crusty burger buns
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 4 slices of Emmental cheese
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
