Swabian Maultaschen Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Swabian Maultaschen
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced bell peppers and mushrooms, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Cut the Swabian Maultaschen into bite-sized pieces and add them to the skillet.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry for another 5-6 minutes until the Maultaschen is heated through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
