Ingredients
- 1 package of Swabian Maultaschen
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and mushrooms, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Cut the Swabian Maultaschen into bite-sized pieces and add them to the skillet.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry for another 5-6 minutes until the Maultaschen is heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
