Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes, boiled and sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 200 ml beef broth
- 100 ml white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 100 g bacon, diced and fried
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then slice them and place in a large bowl.
- Add the chopped onion to the bowl.
- In a small saucepan, heat the beef broth, white wine vinegar, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the warm dressing over the potatoes and onions, and toss gently to combine.
- Add the fried bacon to the salad and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Allow the salad to marinate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
