Ingredients

  • 4 slices of beef (about 1/4 inch thick)
  • 4 slices of bacon

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  4. Roll up the beef slices and secure with toothpicks.

  6. Brown the beef rolls on all sides.
  7. Pour in the beef broth, cover, and simmer for 1 hour, turning the rolls occasionally.
  8. Remove the toothpicks before serving.
