Ingredients
- 1 lb large prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Sprinkle turmeric, cumin, and chili powder, stir for a minute.
- Pour in coconut milk, bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add diced tomatoes and sliced bell pepper, cook for 5 minutes.
- Add prawns, season with salt, and cook for 5-7 minutes until prawns are pink and cooked through.
