Swedish Carrot and Potato Casserole (Svensk Morots- och Potatisgratäng)

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 4 large carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
