Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 12 slider buns
- 1/2 cup lingonberry jam
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, egg, salt, pepper, allspice, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the meatballs until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
- Split the slider buns and toast them lightly.
- Spread a little lingonberry jam on the bottom half of each bun.
- Place a meatball on top of the jam, then add a small dollop of sour cream.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and cover with the top half of the bun.
- Secure each slider with a toothpick and serve immediately.
