Ingredients
- 500g new potatoes, boiled and quartered
- 4 Swedish sausages, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
