Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and water to make the sweet and sour sauce.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch with a little water to make a slurry.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Dip each chicken wing in beaten egg, then coat with flour.
  5. Fry the chicken wings until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove excess oil from the pan, then pour in the sweet and sour sauce.
  7. Add the cornstarch slurry to the sauce, stirring until thickened.
  8. Add the fried chicken wings to the sauce, coating them evenly.
  9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
