Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar

- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and water to make the sweet and sour sauce.
- In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch with a little water to make a slurry.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Dip each chicken wing in beaten egg, then coat with flour.
- Fry the chicken wings until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove excess oil from the pan, then pour in the sweet and sour sauce.
- Add the cornstarch slurry to the sauce, stirring until thickened.
- Add the fried chicken wings to the sauce, coating them evenly.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
